We are excited to announce that Damien Caton has joined Valley Milk, LLC as our new Chief Executive Officer, on September 22, 2025.
Damien brings extensive leadership experience and will guide Valley Milk into its next chapter of growth and innovation. Damien, a Central Valley native, brings over 25 years of leadership experience in consumer products and agriculture-based organizations, much of it within vertically integrated, multigenerational, family-owned companies. He has guided organizations through strategic growth, operational transformation, and market expansion.
Most recently, Damien served as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Trinchero Family Estates, where he led strategic initiatives and growth opportunities that shaped the company’s future. Over the course of his career, he has built high-performing teams, strengthened operational capabilities, and driven cross-functional initiatives that positioned businesses for long-term success.
This transition follows the decision by Glenn Wallace to retire at the end of 2025. We are deeply grateful for his leadership and many contributions during his tenure. Glenn will continue to work with the company as needed to ensure a smooth transition.
